The terms on which Alter Living provides this website, its products and its services.

1. Using this website
You may browse the website, place orders, and submit enquiries. You agree not to misuse it, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Accounts
Anyone may create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You may also order as a guest, without creating an account.
3. Products, availability and stock
- Products are listed with the stock we hold. You cannot order more units than are available, and stock is checked again at the moment your order is placed.
- If an item sells out between you adding it to your cart and completing checkout, we will tell you and your order will not be placed for that item.
- Live plants are natural products. Size, form and colour vary between individual plants, and photographs are indicative.
- Where an item is out of stock you may ask to be notified when it returns. That request is not a reservation.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated.
- Shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout, and is waived above the threshold displayed in your cart.
- Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method. Payment is due in full on delivery.
- Online payment is not yet available. When a payment provider is introduced, these terms will be updated before it goes live.
- We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If we do, we will contact you and you may cancel.
5. Coupons
Coupons may carry a minimum spend, an expiry date, a usage limit and a per-customer limit. Only one coupon applies to an order, and a coupon has no cash value. We may withdraw a coupon at any time before it is used.
6. Orders and cancellation
- Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it on screen.
- You may cancel an order from your account at any time before it ships. Cancelling returns the items to stock.
- Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled through the website. Contact us at support email to be confirmed.
Delivery timelines, shipping coverage, and returns or refunds beyond cancellation are to be confirmed and are not covered by these terms today.
7. Enquiries and workshops
Submitting the Contact Us form or the Book a Workshop form sends an enquiry. It is not a confirmed booking and creates no obligation on either side until Alter Living confirms the arrangement in writing. Workshop scope, dates, pricing and delivery format are agreed separately.
8. Green Homes
Property information on this website is provided for information only. It is not an offer or a contract, and no property can be bought, booked or reserved through this website. Any transaction is subject to separate documentation, due diligence and applicable law.
9. Content
The text, photography, design and code of this website belong to Alter Living or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we will send occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at support email to be confirmed.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Limitation of liability is to be confirmed by legal review.

These terms are governed by governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed.
